What is your booking process?

Once you submit a booking request, we will review the information and send you an invoice for your booking. Once the $100 deposit has been paid, your party is secured on our calendar. Payment is due in full two weeks before the event date.

What is the rental period?

Our rental period is one night. Additional nights can be added during the booking process at a reduced rate.

What is the space requirement per teepee?

Approximately 75" x 34".

What are the top things I need to know before booking?

The designated event space should be large enough to adequately provide the space needed for each tent. 

  • Please make sure the event space is clean and furniture is moved prior to our arrival.

  • The requested venue must be a smoke-free environment. There should be NO smoking at the designated event location at any time.

  • Persons with pet allergies should take note that while all bedding is washed between each event, we cannot guarantee lack of equipment contact with pet fur or related allergens. Those with severe allergies should not use this service.

  • We require that the adult who booked the event be present AT ALL TIMES during the event. 

  • We do not currently offer party services such as event coordination or clean up beyond our scope, which includes the quality-ensured delivery, set up, and clean up of our party rental items only.

  • We are happy to accommodate and plan with client’s customization theme requests for an additional fee, which will be quoted after the custom theme request has been made. The additional fee goes toward the cost of the new inventory purchased for the request. Please provide as much detail as possible about your desired customization in your initial booking request.

    Please Note: We use inflatable air mattresses as beds. The United States Consumer Product Safety Commission advises adults to never let a child under the age of 15 months on inflatable air mattresses as doing so poses a risk of suffocation to the infant. Please ensure no children under the age of 15 months are sleeping on the glamping air mattresses.

I’ve already booked my event, what’s next?

Please ask each guest to bring a sleepover pillow for additional sanitization purposes (everything we provide is washed and sanitized between parties), as well as a sleeping bag or blankets, as we only provide a light decorative blanket.

  • Please clear the room you want your glampsite in prior to our arrival. Our team is not responsible to help move furniture to clear the space for your event rental. Please note that our glampsite tents are about three feet wide and house a twin sized air mattress in them.

  • Please supervise to any child under the age of 10 if they will be in the glampsite space during set up. Based on many set ups, we find that the glampsites are most fun when the final product is a surprise! Please ensure pets are not in the glampsite space during set up or pick up, this is for their safety as we move things around, and for an efficient party set up. Please ensure that the party space is clear of pet hair prior to our arrival! 

  • We kindly request that you ask guests to refrain from jumping on the glampsite beds, to minimize the risk for injury and inventory damage.

  • While we love when clients take our themes to the next level, please ensure all nail polish, makeup, or other staining products are not handled by guests in the glampsite space. 

Can I change my guest count after booking?

Pending teepee availability, you may adjust your guest count until one week prior to your party date. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payments via Venmo at this time. As we grow, we are exploring various payment options for clients.

POLICIES

LIABILITY POLICY

Once our equipment is set up we accept no liability for any accidents, personal injuries or loss of property. Please refer to our safety guidelines below to understand any risks associated with our party rentals and ensure that every glamper has a safe experience. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Your $100 party deposit fee is non-refundable. If in the unforeseen case of an emergency, we must cancel your party date, you will receive a refund of your $100 deposit in addition to any amount already paid toward your party balance. This is the only circumstance in which the deposit is refunded and we will provide notification in the unlikely circumstance that this occurs. 

  • Once the deposit is paid, be mindful that your remaining party balance must be paid in full no less than 14 days prior to your party date.

  • Cancellations made 14 days in advance of the booking can be completely refunded, aside from the $100 deposit.  For cancellations made 7 to 13 days in advance, we will issue a 50% refund.  Unfortunately, we will not be able to issue a refund if a cancellation is made one week or less in advance of your booking.  Additional refunds are at the sole discretion of the owners.

  • Your party date is not confirmed until the $100 deposit is made. 

  • If any of your party guests cancels within the 24 hours prior to your party set up, please be aware that we do not offer refunds per guest tents for our glampsites. Our set up time is 10 am, unless another time has been communicated and agreed upon with a client. 

  • Please use our cancellation policy as a measure to ensure notification to us of any party changes or cancellations as soon as you are able. We understand that life happens, and are always happy to reschedule your party to another date based on our availability calendar at that time. As a small business, we work hard to sanitize, wash, and disinfect all linens and party inventory, then carefully storing and loading it to be delivered in excellent condition to every client. This is in addition to ensuring we are aptly prepared with the inventory for your chosen theme. 

COVID/SICK POLICY

We understand that in stopping the spread of COVID-19, plans must be postponed or canceled. As a small business, we work hard to sanitize, wash, and disinfect all linens and party inventory, then carefully storing and loading it to be delivered in excellent condition. While we cannot refund a short notice cancellation due to covid or other illness, we are more than happy to reschedule your party to another available date. 

Terms of Service

In consideration for being permitted by Snoozefest LLC (DBA Slumberscapes Party Rentals) to participate in the rental and use of property such as indoor teepees, I hereby waive, release and discharge any and all claims for damages for personal injury, death or property damage which I may have, or which may hereafter accrue to me, as a result of participation in tent camping or use of indoor teepees. This release is intended to discharge in advance Snoozefest LLC (its officers, employees and agents) from any and all liability arising out of or connected in any way with my participation in tent camping and use of any and all Snoozefest LLC property, including but not limited to, indoor teepees, mattresses, electronics and cords, yard games, etc.  It is understood that this activity involves an element of risk and danger of accidents and knowing those risks, I hereby assume those risks.

I understand that I am financially responsible for damage to or loss of ANY of Snoozefest LLC’s property.  If any contents of the tents, contents of the indoor teepee setups, or tents themselves are damaged, destroyed, or stolen, I will cover the replacement charge for said items. 

I further agree to indemnify and to hold Snoozefest free and harmless from any loss, liability, damage, cost or expense which they may incur as the result of my death or any injury or property damage that I may sustain while participating in tent camping and use of any and all Snoozefest LLC’s property including indoor teepees.

This agreement is construed under the laws of the state of Washington.

FOR PARENTS/GUARDIANS OF MINORITY AGE (under age 18, or such other age of consent as may be applicable in any given jurisdiction, at time of registration): This is to certify that I/we, as parent(s)/guardian(s) with legal responsibility for this participant, do consent and agree not only to the release above regarding this participant’s participation in camping, or use of indoor teepees, but also for myself/ourselves, and my/our heirs, assigns and next of kin, to release and indemnify the Releasees from any and all Liability incident to my/our minor child’s involvement as stated above, even if arising from the negligence of the Releasees, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By booking an event with Snoozefest LLC, I acknowledge that I have read this Release of Liability and Waiver Agreement, fully understand its terms, understand that I have given up substantial rights freely and voluntarily without any inducement.
